Mainly summer squash, but even some Halloween pumpkins and winter squash, including ornamentals.

Cucurbita maxima

Mainly winter squash and pumpkins. However, some varieties harvested early can be used as summer squash.

Cucurbita moschata

Winter squash. However, some varieties harvested at an early stage can be used as summer squash.

Cucurbita ficifolia & Lagenaria siceraria

C. ficifolia can be used as rootstock for Cucurbits (mildew resistant) and the flesh of the fruit is used for making marmelade. L. siceraria (calabash or gourds) is used mainly as an ornamental.
